When using an industrial brush, hold the brush handle tightly with four fingers and do not allow the brush to loosen in the hand during painting. When brushing steel structural components such as anti-theft nets, three fingers can be used to pinch the brush handle tightly, with the thumb pinching one side and the other two fingers (index finger and middle finger) tightly attached to the back handle of the oil brush.
When painting, the wrist should be rotated back and forth with the movement of the body, and the arm should be coordinated with the body during movement. The brush should always be in line of sight. Generally speaking, when brushing small areas of steel bars, it is recommended to dip the brush hair length into paint solution that is 1/2 or 2/5 deep each time, that is, to dip less paint and brush more each time. If there is too much paint (too full), the paint liquid is prone to drip during brushing, causing waste. Using a medium or large brush, when dipping too much paint, you can first pat and press the edge of the oil bucket to allow excess paint to flow into the bucket. This makes it easier to operate during painting, and the paint is not easy to drip or dirty other parts. When painting doors and windows, the order should be from top to bottom, from inside to outside, from difficult to easy, and from left to right. For brushing the door leaf, you can first dip it in paint and evenly brush it all over. Then, alternate the paint film horizontally and vertically twice, and brush it vertically along the direction of the wood grain once. The paint film will be uniform and beautiful. After brushing the paint evenly on each grid or leaf, the flowing or accumulated paint around the edges should be immediately removed and brushed clean. When brushing large-area surfaces such as wall skirts, it should be done in sections. After each section is brushed, attention should be paid to the overlapping parts, and the paint film should not be too thick or there should be any defects such as missed brushing or exposed substrate.
